Why I Appreciate My Client Referrals

House for saleIf you have a good experience somewhere, whether it be delicious food at a restaurant or excellent customer service, chances are you will tell your friends and family about it. People trust the opinions of those they know and respect. That is why providing an excellent client experience is the key to running a successful referral based real estate business.

As a referral based business, I spend a majority of my time ensuring that my clients have a memorable and positive experience buying or selling their property with my team. I find that the new clients that are generated from referrals are more loyal to me than leads generated from mass media advertising, and cold calls or farming.

Being Tech Savvy

One of the ways that my team gives great service and differentiates ourselves is by using Casamatic with our buyers. With Casamatic I’m able to offer my buyers a unique and memorable experience. It matches them to homes based on their lifestyle and what they like to do. I have found that using just one or two relevant tech tools increases my productivity, and simplifies their home search. Because of this, they are more likely to recommend me to their peers.

Of course, the key to getting referrals from your current clients is asking for them. One thing I always do is ask clients for testimonials. I am in the habit of asking everyone I work with for a testimonial before closing . Plus, I never forget to show real appreciation for their kind words!

Supporting My Clients with Client Referrals

Another great part of my job is referring my clients to each other. I work with many people in various professions, and I do my best to connect my clients, and other professionals who support my business to each other! I have found that one of the best ways to get people to support your business is to support theirs.
