Alison Moss & Associates Administrative – Business Manager Job Description
We are seeking to fill the role of a professional Business Manager to support and grow a highly successful residential real estate team. In this role you will facilitate marketing, business development, client support, office management, and listing and transaction coordination. Real Estate experience is a plus but not a requirement.
The ideal candidate will be a process driven, detail-oriented self-starter, that can operate in a fast paced environment. You must have experience with, and a high level of comfort in working on multiple (3-6) short term projects simultaneously. The Real Estate business is deadline oriented so you must have strong time management skills, and be tenacious in follow through.
We are a relationship-based business. This role will interact with clients from all walks of life, so you must conduct yourself professionally with clients and other industry professionals. Professional conduct, appearance, communication skills, and dress are a must.

We are a results oriented business. Getting your work done on time and with 100% accuracy is what matters. You will work normal business hours from our office in Kenwood. In this role you will travel frequently to and from our listed properties and our key vendors all within the greater Cincinnati area. Rarely you may be asked to complete tasks or field questions after hours or over a weekend in order to meet deadlines.
You must have internet access at your home.
You must have a valid driver’s license and your own dependable vehicle.
You must have a smart phone.
You must be able to lift and carry a box weighing 20 lbs. 150 feet.
You must have good computer skills.
Prefer someone who is familiar with database systems
Prefer someone who is familiar with Adobe Creative Suite.
