A recent MSN article says that Cincinnati is a Best City to live in, ranking #9 in the country. One of the key reasons that our city fared so well was that we have a strong average per capita income level and relatively low cost-of-living rate. This spread along with strong schools and low crime make our city #9 on this Forbes List.
While other major factors impact how attractive a city is to a relocating family, cost of living, schools, and safety always seem to be the first questions out of town buyers ask me. This article points to some very positive statistics and I am excited to share them.
