Cincinnati Real Estate sale improve in September

The Cincinnati Real estate market continued to improve in September.  According to a recent article published by the CABR. The month built on 27 continuous months of positive growth in the local housing market. In September, home sales in the area were up 23% to 1,964. That is a great year compared to 1,596 from a year. A stronger economy and more hiring are attributed to year over year improvements and we look to seeing those trends continue through the end of the year and into 2014.
