For those of you who have emailed and called me requesting how to find the property tax dispute form here is the link. If you have questions about how to fill it out please feel free to email or call me with questions as I have successfully prepared testimony for clients and friends in the past. If you just need the comps I am happy to provide those for you. Remember you are disputing your home’s value on January 1, 2012 since you pay your taxes in arrears. Even if you paid your tax bill on January 31 you will receive a credit for the monies you have already paid if you win your dispute.
